In addition to going through a professional orientation to be onboarded into our network, you will also receive all information regarding a potential account prior to commitment to it from your City Wide contact. This includes client needs, facility details, pricing (for janitorial work), and more to help you get the job done. Plus, your City Wide contact will meet you at the facility to provide additional support and help with any issues. We work as a team, so we all win!

The City Wide team is trained and motivated to sell! We have a high closing ratio, meaning more business for you! Our desired commercial facility is over 20,000 square feet and requires cleaning 5 days a week. Most of these are put out to bid and are closed with a long process. We do the sales, proposal, and closing for you! This takes considerable administrative work and sales time that you don’t need to worry about, so you can focus on your strength: the work!

City Wide provides the customer service. We handle the client’s questions or concern(s) and call you only if necessary. We also will help you before there are complaints by proactively checking in to ensure everything is done to the client’s wishes. Most accounts are reviewed at least once per month and more often when necessary. This lets us learn about client concerns before they become problems. Your City Wide contact will review the facility with you to make sure you are meeting expectations. This also helps to find other services we may be able to offer to the client – such as floor work, window washing, or pressure washing.

We do the billing. We do the collecting. You get paid no matter what! If the client’s payment is late, you still get paid on time because you performed the service. You will be paid on the 10th of each month for all services you provided from the previous month. Just submit an invoice to City Wide, instead of to each building!
